AI automation · audio and video

Voice and video in many languages, without a studio for each one.

encorp.ai is the exclusive ElevenLabs partner for Bulgaria and implements voice-over, dubbing and audio versions of training videos, demos and marketing materials in many languages. Voice rights and consents are agreed up front, and a person approves every language version before it is published.

The problem

Every new language means a new studio and a new voice actor.

Training videos, product demos and marketing materials need to be in several languages. Recording with a studio and a voice actor for each language is slow and hard to update when the content changes.

The solution

One source, many language versions, each one approved.

We build ElevenLabs into the process your marketing or training team already follows.

Choosing content and languages

We decide which videos and materials get language versions and in which languages.

Voice-over with ElevenLabs

The script is voiced in the chosen language, with no studio recording.

Video dubbing

The video gets a voice in a new language, with no new session with a voice actor.

Audio versions

Articles and other materials get an audio version in one or several languages.

Voice rules and approval

Rights and consents are agreed up front, and every version is reviewed by a person.

Built in and supported

The solution is built into the work of marketing or training and supported in AI Ops.

Before and after

What changes with every new language

People remain the authors and approvers. The studio session for every language goes away.

How do multilingual voice-over and dubbing with AI work?

Multilingual voice-over with AI turns one source, such as a training video or a product demo, into versions in several languages, without a studio and voice actor for each of them. With ElevenLabs the script is voiced in the chosen language, the video gets dubbed, and articles and other materials can have an audio version.

The solution is not a separate tool but part of the process in which the content is created. We choose the content types and languages, agree the voice rules and build in an approval step before any version is published. Your marketing or training team keeps working as it does today, but a new language no longer means a new recording. When the content changes, the script is updated and the language versions are produced again, instead of going back to the studio. The solution is part of our AI business process automation service.

Which content does it make the most sense for?

It makes the most sense for content that has to be in several languages and gets updated. Typical examples are training videos for employees, product videos for export markets and audio versions of articles and materials. What they have in common is that recording with a studio for every language is slow, and every change to the product or the procedure needs a new recording.

Not every piece of content fits. If the material is in one language, does not change and is recorded once, the studio may remain the better choice. That is why we start with a review of the current process: what content you have, how many languages it needs and how one language version is produced today. We agree the metrics we will measure the result by against the current process, and only then build the solution. The first call is free, takes 30 minutes, and afterwards you know whether it makes sense to continue.

How are voice rights and approval handled?

Voice rights and consents are agreed up front, before the first language version. At the very start we agree which voices will be used, for which content, and who approves the result. ElevenLabs offers a range of voice options, and whether and how to use a voice of your own is decided together with you, once the rights and consents are settled.

Content approval is part of the process, not an extra step at the end. Every language version goes through review by a person from your team, who checks the script, the pronunciation and the tone before the material is published. If something does not sound right, the version goes back for correction. The voice rules work best as part of the rules your company has for using AI. If you do not have those yet, AI governance and the EU AI Act is the place to start.

How do you start, and how does this connect to Encorp AIM?

You start with a review of the content, the languages and the way one language version is produced today. As a standalone project the solution goes through choosing the content and languages, setting up voice-over and dubbing with ElevenLabs, voice rules and a test with real materials. The test is measured against the current process, and if it does not deliver, we do not continue. The first measurable results usually come within 2–4 weeks of the start, and the price is on request.

The solution can also be part of a full AI transformation with the Encorp AIM (AI Implementation Method). There it is one of the processes chosen at Gate 1 from the opportunity map, moving from the first quick win by week 4 to solutions in production in weeks 11–12. After go-live it moves to AI Ops, where we support and improve it every month, with response within 24 hours.
