Microsoft Copilot Automation

Copilot Studio agents that do real work inside your Microsoft 365.

We design, build and run Microsoft Copilot automations: Copilot Studio agents, agent flows, Power Automate and computer-use agents connected to Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Dynamics and your ERP. Built in your own tenant, governed with Entra and Purview, live in weeks.

The short answer

What is Microsoft Copilot automation?

Microsoft Copilot automation means using Copilot Studio agents, agent flows and Power Automate to run business processes end to end inside Microsoft 365 — reading email and documents, deciding what to do, and acting in your systems with a person approving where it matters.

Microsoft 365 Copilot helps one person write, summarise and analyse. Copilot Studio is where you build agents that work for the whole team: they answer from your SharePoint knowledge, call APIs and MCP servers, trigger flows, and — with computer use, generally available since May 2026 — operate web and desktop applications that have no API.

encorp.ai builds these agents for companies in Bulgaria and the EU. We pick the right mix of Copilot Studio, Power Automate and, when you need pro-code control, Microsoft Foundry, then run the agents in production with monitoring, cost caps and EU AI Act-aligned governance.

Why most Copilot rollouts stall

You bought Copilot for productivity. The processes still run on copy-paste.

Copilot licences make individuals faster, but invoices, onboarding, customer requests and reports still move by hand between Outlook, Excel, SharePoint and the ERP. The value sits in agents that own a whole process — and building those takes architecture, integration and governance work that business teams rarely have time for. Without it, pilots stay demos, credits get burned on the wrong design, and security teams block the rollout.

What we deliver

Copilot Studio agents, built like production software

Not a slide deck and not a sandbox demo. We ship agents that run every day, with the integration, testing and controls your IT and security teams expect.

Copilot Studio agents

Knowledge, task and autonomous agents grounded in SharePoint, Dataverse and your systems — published to Teams, Microsoft 365 Copilot or your website.

Agent flows & Power Automate

Deterministic flows where the process must be exact, agent reasoning where it must be flexible — and the right licence model for each.

Computer-use automation

Agents that operate legacy web and desktop apps without an API, replacing brittle RPA scripts with supervised, logged runs.

Integrations & MCP

Connectors to Dynamics 365, SAP, Salesforce, Microinvest and other Bulgarian ERPs, custom APIs and MCP servers, with least-privilege access.

Governance & security

Entra Agent IDs, Purview DLP and sensitivity labels, environment strategy, per-agent credit caps and an audit trail for every action.

Run & improve (AI-OPS)

Monitoring of quality, cost and failures after go-live, monthly optimisation and new automations added to the backlog.

FAQ

Microsoft Copilot automation — common questions

Do we need Copilot Studio if we already pay for Microsoft 365 Copilot?
Not for internal agents. Employees with a Microsoft 365 Copilot licence can use agents built in Copilot Studio without extra cost when they are signed in. You need Copilot Studio capacity (Copilot Credits) for agents used by people without a Copilot licence, for customer-facing channels such as your website, for flows started by other triggers, and for computer use.
How much does a Copilot Studio agent cost to run?
Copilot Studio is billed in Copilot Credits: a pack of 25,000 credits costs €173.30 per month (list price, September 2026), and pay-as-you-go is also available. A generative answer uses 2 credits, an agent action 5 credits and grounding on tenant data 10 credits. We estimate the monthly credit use during the free review and set caps so there are no surprises.
Copilot Studio or Power Automate — which one should we use?
Use Power Automate for fixed, rule-based steps between apps; it runs on Power Automate licences. Use Copilot Studio agents when the process involves unstructured input or judgement, such as emails, documents or customer requests. Most production automations combine both: the agent decides, the flow executes.
What can Copilot Studio agents actually do?
They answer questions from your SharePoint and Dataverse knowledge, call connectors, APIs and MCP servers, trigger agent flows, work with other agents, run autonomously on events such as a new email, and — with computer use — operate web and desktop applications that have no API.
Does our data stay in the EU?
Microsoft 365 data at rest stays within the EU Data Boundary. For EU tenants created after 25 March 2026, flex routing is on by default and can process AI requests outside the EU at peak load; an administrator can switch it off. Some third-party models may also process data outside the EU. We review and configure these settings with your IT team before go-live.
How do you keep agents secure and under control?
Every new Copilot Studio agent gets a Microsoft Entra Agent ID, so access is managed like any other identity. We apply Purview DLP and sensitivity labels, separate development and production environments, set per-agent credit caps, and log every action. Microsoft Agent 365 can add organisation-wide inventory and security for agents.
How long until the first automation is live?
Typically 2–4 weeks from kickoff for a well-defined process: one week for the audit, one for the build, a supervised pilot, then production. Complex integrations or security reviews can add time, which we flag in the review.
Can you work with our existing Microsoft partner or IT provider?
Yes. Your Microsoft licences stay with Microsoft or your current reseller, and we work alongside your IT team or provider. We focus on designing, building and running the automations; our recommendations on which Microsoft tools to use are based on the process, not on licence sales.
Do you also train our team on Copilot?
Yes. Many clients combine automation with our corporate Microsoft Copilot training in Bulgarian or English, so the people who own the processes can maintain and extend the agents we build.
