AI Transformation for Companies — the Encorp AIM Method

encorp.ai leads AI transformation for companies in Bulgaria with the Encorp AIM (AI Implementation Method) approach — from initial analyses and training through a roadmap with PoCs to implementation. The path starts with a free AI readiness test, moves through AI training and the AI Strategy Sprint, and continues with a 3-, 6- or 12-month package led by an AI Director.

What is Encorp AIM?

Encorp AIM (AI Implementation Method) is the encorp.ai method for AI transformation of companies. It runs through three phases: initial analyses and training, a roadmap with proofs of concept (PoCs) on selected processes, and implementation with fine-tuning.

The method puts AI transformation into consecutive steps, so that each one builds on the results of the previous one. That is why Encorp AIM does not start with buying technology but with an analysis of the company and training for its people. Every package is led by an AI Director, and the work is sold on results, not on hours.

This page is the entry point to the whole method. From here you can reach the AI Strategy Sprint, the 3-, 6- and 12-month packages, the Microsoft Copilot track and the guides. If you are reading for the first time, start with the phases below and then look at the path from the free test to a package.

What are the three phases of Encorp AIM?

Phase 1, Enablement, combines the initial analyses and the training: the company clarifies where AI is already used, and people learn to work with it. The main question of this phase is “where are we today”. Training is a service of its own — see AI training for companies.

Phase 2 is a roadmap with PoCs for selected processes. Not everything changes at once: a few processes are chosen and tested to see what works. The main question is “what is worth doing first”. This is where AI business process automation comes in.

Phase 3 is implementation with fine-tuning: the solutions that proved their value move into daily work and are tuned further. The main question is “how do we make it part of the work”. After rollout the systems need to be run — see AI Ops.

What does the path from the first step to an AIM package look like?

The path has six steps: Free AI readiness test → AI training → AI Strategy Sprint → AIM package (3 / 6 / 12 months) → automations → AI Ops.

The first step is free — the readiness test gives a personalised report. Training follows, and it is part of phase 1. The AI Strategy Sprint is the paid entry to the method and takes 3 weeks. After it the company chooses a 3-, 6- or 12-month package, and automations and AI Ops build on the results.

Every step has its own page, so you can enter the path where you are today — for example straight from training or from a conversation about a package. The funnel and the phases complement each other: the funnel shows the order of the steps, and the phases show what happens inside the method.

What are the two tracks — Microsoft Copilot and tool-agnostic?

Encorp AIM has two tracks. The first is the Microsoft Copilot track — mass adoption by department, designed for large corporations. The details are on AI Transformation with Microsoft Copilot for Large Companies.

The second is a tool-agnostic track: ChatGPT, Claude and others, for selected advanced users and senior managers. The choice between the two depends on how many people will work with AI and in which roles, not on a preference for one vendor.

In both cases the work follows the same three-phase scheme and is led by an AI Director. The difference is scope: with Microsoft Copilot the aim is to cover whole departments, while the tool-agnostic track serves a small group of people who use AI most intensively.

For a comparison of the tools themselves, read the guide Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude: Which Fits Which Company.

What do the 3-, 6- and 12-month packages include?

Packages run for 3, 6 or 12 months. They are sold on results, not on hours: the described results are included in the price, and anything outside them is billed separately. Packages are modular — the company picks components and each one has its own price.

One package covers a team of up to 20 people, the maximum size of a training group. A large company buys several packages — one per team — while a small one runs a single process for the whole company. Every package is led by an AI Director. Prices are given on request. Because the scope is tied to results rather than hours, what exactly will be achieved is described before the start; that description is the yardstick for anything billed separately.

The results per package, the components and the table are on AI Transformation Packages: 3, 6 and 12 Months.

How does Encorp AIM connect with training, the AI Director and automations?

Encorp AIM is the common frame over the encorp.ai services, arranged in one sequence. AI training for companies is phase 1. Consulting with an AI Director leads every package. AI business process automation is the basis of phase 3.

Running the AI systems and AI governance and the EU AI Act connect to phase 3: after rollout someone has to own how the systems run and the rules around them. A practical plan by phase is in the guide How to Implement AI in Your Company: a 90-Day Plan.

The service pages and the method pages link to each other: from every service you can come back here, and from here you can reach each of them. The order is the same everywhere: training, consulting with an AI Director, automations and systems, then running and governing AI.

Frequently asked questions

What is Encorp AIM?

Encorp AIM (AI Implementation Method) is the encorp.ai method for AI transformation of companies in three phases: initial analyses and training, a roadmap with PoCs on selected processes, and implementation with fine-tuning. Every package is led by an AI Director.

How much does AI transformation with Encorp AIM cost?

Pricing is on request. Packages are sold on results, not hours, and are modular — each component has its own price. Anything outside the described results is billed separately. Package prices are not published; the packages page explains the structure. Before the start, the description of the results shows exactly what the price covers.

What is the AI Strategy Sprint and how long does it take?

The AI Strategy Sprint is the paid entry engagement to Encorp AIM and takes 3 weeks. It sits between training and the AIM package in the funnel of the method: after it the company can decide which package to continue with. The sprint is described week by week on its own page.

How many people does one package cover?

One package covers a team of up to 20 people, the maximum size of a training group. Large companies buy one package per team, while small companies run a single process for the whole company. So the number of packages follows the number of teams that will work with AI, not the number of employees in the company. Details are on the packages page.

What is the difference between the Microsoft Copilot track and the tool-agnostic track?

The Microsoft Copilot track is mass adoption by department for large corporations. The tool-agnostic track uses ChatGPT, Claude and other tools for selected advanced users and senior managers. Both tracks follow the three phases of the method and are led by an AI Director.

Who leads the project on the encorp.ai side?

Every AIM package is led by an AI Director. What an external AI Director does, how the role differs from a consultant and when this model pays off is explained in the guide to a part-time (fractional) AI Director, and the service is described on the AI Director page.

Do we have to start with training?

Training is part of phase 1 (Enablement), together with the initial analyses. In the funnel of the method it follows the free readiness test and comes before the AI Strategy Sprint. You can also start with training — it has its own page with formats and prices.

What happens with work outside the described results?

Anything outside the results described in the package is billed separately. Packages are sold on results, not on hours, so the scope is agreed in advance, and additional work is estimated separately before it starts. So the package price stays clear and does not change unexpectedly during the work.

Start with the free readiness test

The test gives a personalised report and is the first step on the path to an AIM package.
