The adoption gap

Buying AI tools doesn't make a team AI-fluent. Most rollouts fail because nobody trained the people.

Companies spend on Copilot, ChatGPT Enterprise, or custom AI agents — and a quarter later, half the team has logged in once. Either the tools feel intimidating, or people don't trust them with real work, or shadow AI takes over because there's no policy. Training is the gap. Done right, it turns AI from "that tool we pay for" into a force multiplier across every role.

What we deliver

Practical training — not generic e-learning

Our trainings are role-specific, hands-on, with real company scenarios. We train your finance team on financial AI tasks, your sales team on CRM AI use, your engineering team on code AI — not the same generic deck for everyone.

Role-specific curricula

Separate tracks for executives, ops, sales, marketing, engineering, finance, HR. Same fundamentals, different practical examples.

Hands-on workshops

Real company data (sanitized), real tasks people do today. By end of day, they've automated a thing on their own laptop.

Security & policy embedded

Every track teaches data classification, vendor policy, prompt injection awareness, and your specific AI usage policy.

Certification & assessment

Per-track certification with practical assessment. Your HR team gets verifiable proof of skill — useful for performance reviews and EU AI Act literacy obligations.

Bilingual delivery (EN/BG)

Trainers deliver in Bulgarian and English. Materials in both languages. International parents can roll the same training to their BG subsidiary.

Refreshers & community

AI moves monthly. We provide quarterly refreshers, async Q&A access, and a community of practice across your trained employees.

Curriculum

What's actually covered

Six modules, ~4½ days total per track, delivered in 2–3 sessions over 2–4 weeks (not crammed into one sleepy week). Each module ends in a hands-on exercise and a checkpoint — by the end, every participant has done the work, not just heard about it.

M1

AI fundamentals

½ day

What LLMs are and aren't. Capabilities, limits, hallucinations, when AI helps and when it doesn't. No hype, no fear.

M2

Prompting that works

1 day

Practical prompt patterns for everyday work. Templates the team will actually reuse. The ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini differences that matter.

M3

Role-specific tools

1 day

Per-track deep dive on the AI tools relevant to the role — Copilot for engineering, GPT-Sales for sales, etc. Hands-on with sanitized company data.

M4

Security & policy

½ day

Data classification, vendor policy, what NOT to paste into ChatGPT, prompt injection awareness, your company's AI usage policy.

M5

Build-your-own agent

1 day

Capstone: each participant builds a small AI agent automating a real task from their job. They leave with something they made and use.

M6

Certification

½ day

Practical assessment + written. Successful participants get an encorp.ai certificate documenting their AI skill level for HR and audit purposes.

We tailor each cohort to the company. Pre-training intake nails down what tools and workflows are in scope; post-training community keeps people sharp.

How we work

From intake to certified team in a month

Most engagements run 4 weeks end-to-end for a single cohort. Multi-cohort rollouts are scoped per company size.

FAQ

AI Training — common questions

How is this different from a one-day workshop?
One-day workshops produce one-day enthusiasm. Our 6-module program — spread over 2–4 weeks with hands-on exercises and a real-task capstone — produces actual behaviour change. Participants leave with something they built, not just notes.
Can you train just our executives?
Yes. We have an executive-only track focused on AI strategy literacy, vendor decisions, EU AI Act awareness, and what to ask their teams. Half-day to one-day format, board-level discussion style.
Do you train on specific tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude, etc.)?
Yes. We're tool-agnostic but practical — if your company uses ChatGPT Enterprise, that's what we train on. Same for Copilot, Claude, Gemini, custom agents we built for you. We meet your stack.
What's the maximum group size?
20 per cohort for hands-on modules. Larger companies run multiple cohorts. Executive briefings can be 50+ people, but the practical modules cap at 20.
Is the training in Bulgarian or English?
Either. Both. Most BG companies prefer Bulgarian for ops/sales/finance teams and English for engineering. We'll mix as you need. Materials available in both languages.
Will this satisfy EU AI Act AI literacy obligations?
Yes. The EU AI Act requires "sufficient AI literacy" of staff working with AI systems (Article 4). Our training meets that requirement, with documented certification per employee — your governance team has the audit evidence.
What does it cost?
Per-cohort pricing typically €4–8K depending on track customization, language, and location. Volume discounts for multi-cohort engagements. Free quote after a 30-min scoping call.
Do you do follow-up training as new tools come out?
Yes. Quarterly refresher modules included for clients on retainer; otherwise we run them per request. AI changes monthly — we keep your team current.
