AI Transformation Packages: 3, 6 and 12 Months
Encorp AIM packages run for 3, 6 or 12 months, are sold on results rather than hours, and each one covers a team of up to 20 people. Packages are modular — the client picks components, each with its own price — are led by an AI Director and are priced on request.
| Terms | 3, 6 and 12 months |
|---|---|
| Model | Results, not hours; anything outside the described results is billed separately |
| Structure | Modular — components, each with its own price |
| Team | Up to 20 people in one package |
| Large company | Several packages — one per team |
| Small company | One process for the whole company |
| Led by | An AI Director leads every package |
| Price | On request |
What does a 3-, 6- or 12-month package include?
Encorp AIM packages run for 3, 6 and 12 months. The difference between them is the term and the described results: the table below shows what is agreed for each term.
Choosing a term is a question of scope — how many processes will be tested with a PoC, how many people will be trained and how far the implementation with fine-tuning will go. These three things map to the phases of the method: Encorp AIM starts with analyses and training, continues with a roadmap and ends with implementation.
If you are not sure what scope you need, the first step is the AI Strategy Sprint — a paid 3-week engagement that comes before the package.
Whatever the term, a package is tied to described results rather than a number of hours; more on this model in the next section. Packages are not a standalone product: they are a step on the path described on the method page — from the free test through training and the sprint to automations and running the systems.
| Package | Results | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 3 months | <резултати на пакета за 3 месеца> | On request |
| 6 months | <резултати на пакета за 6 месеца> | On request |
| 12 months | <резултати на пакета за 12 месеца> | On request |
Why are packages sold on results, not on hours?
Packages are sold on results: before the start, what exactly will be achieved is described, and the price is for that result, not for hours worked. This way the client knows in advance what they get and pays for what is achieved, not for time.
Anything outside the described results is billed separately. If a new task appears during the work that was not agreed — for example <пример за дейност извън пакета> — it is estimated separately before it starts.
The model also has a practical consequence for you: the description of the results is the most important part of the negotiation. That is why we suggest going through the AI Strategy Sprint first, which provides a common basis for such a description.
In practice this means three things. First, the scope is clear from the start. Second, changes in scope are visible, because anything new is estimated separately. Third, the price can be compared with the result rather than with time worked.
How does the modular approach work?
Packages are modular: the client picks components and each component has its own price. So the company does not buy a fixed bundle but assembles the package to its needs. The list of components is <списък на компонентите>.
The table shows how components map to the phases of Encorp AIM. Phase 1 holds the initial analyses and AI training, phase 2 the roadmap with PoCs on selected processes, phase 3 the implementation with fine-tuning.
Component prices are set on request. Because each component is priced separately, you can start with a small scope and add components once you see the results of the previous ones.
Modularity also explains why the price cannot be a single figure: it is the sum of the chosen components, and these depend on the number of teams and on the scope of each phase.
| Phase | What can go into the package | Component price |
|---|---|---|
| Phase 1 — Enablement | Initial analyses and training | <цена на компонента> |
| Phase 2 — Roadmap | A roadmap with PoCs on selected processes | <цена на компонента> |
| Phase 3 — Implementation | Implementation with fine-tuning | <цена на компонента> |
How many people does one package cover?
One package covers a team of up to 20 people. That is also the maximum size of a training group, so a package is measured per team, not per whole company.
A large company buys several packages — one per team — and goes through the method team by team. A small company runs a single process for the whole organisation and usually does not need more than one package. For large corporations this approach combines with the Microsoft Copilot track, which is rolled out by department.
If you are unsure how many packages you need, the number of teams that will work with AI is the best starting point.
The limit of 20 follows the maximum size of a training group — which is why the package is built around a team that can be trained together.
Who leads the package?
Every package is led by an AI Director. This means one person is responsible for direction, priorities and results across the package, not only for individual tasks. The service is described on Fractional AI Director.
What a part-time AI Director does, how the role differs from a consultant and when the model pays off is explained in the guide Fractional AI Director: When It Pays Off and What It Delivers.
The people who lead the packages are introduced in The encorp.ai Team.
The leading role differs from that of a contractor for separate tasks: it carries responsibility for the package as a whole and for the link between training, the roadmap and implementation. How much time the AI Director spends on each package and how roles are split in the team is <разпределение на ролите в пакета>.
How much does an AI transformation package cost?
Package pricing is on request and is not published. It depends on the term, the chosen components and the number of teams, and the results you pay for are described in advance.
To get an offer, briefly describe the company, the number of teams that will work with AI and the processes that interest you. If you have not started yet, take the free AI readiness test — its report is a good basis for the conversation.
The price of the entry engagement, the AI Strategy Sprint, is separate and is described on its page.
Package prices are not published, because they depend on the scope, and the scope is defined together with the client. Price guidance for the training that belongs to phase 1 is on the page AI training for companies.
Frequently asked questions
How much does an AI transformation package cost?
Pricing is on request and is not published. It depends on the term (3, 6 or 12 months), the chosen components and the number of teams. Packages are sold on results, not hours, so the scope is described in advance. Details of the structure are above on the page.
What happens if we need something outside the described results?
Anything outside the results described in the package is billed separately. The additional task is estimated separately before it starts, so the package price does not change unexpectedly during the work. This way you always know what is included in the price and what is not.
How many people does one package cover?
One package covers a team of up to 20 people, the maximum size of a training group. A large company buys one package per team, while a small company runs a single process for the whole company. The number of packages follows the number of teams that will work with AI, not the number of employees in the company.
Can we choose only some of the components?
Yes, packages are modular. The client picks components and each one has its own price. So you can start with a smaller scope and add components as the work progresses. Every chosen component becomes part of the description of the package results. The price of each component is set on request.
What is the difference between the 3-, 6- and 12-month packages?
The difference is the term and the described results. The longer the package, the bigger the scope it can cover — more processes with PoCs, more trained people and deeper implementation. The results per package are in the table on the page. You choose the term according to the scope you want to cover.
Who leads the project?
Every package is led by an AI Director, who is responsible for direction and results across the whole package. The service is described on the AI Director page, and the role in the guide to a part-time AI Director. The specific people who lead the packages are introduced on the team page.
