AI Strategy Sprint — an AI Strategy in 3 Weeks
encorp.ai runs the AI Strategy Sprint — a paid 3-week engagement in which a company in Bulgaria builds an AI strategy before committing to a longer path. The sprint is the entry to the Encorp AIM method: it follows the free readiness test and training and comes before the 3-, 6- or 12-month AIM package.

What is the AI Strategy Sprint?
The AI Strategy Sprint is the paid entry engagement to Encorp AIM and takes 3 weeks. The idea is that the company gets an AI strategy on which it can decide what to do next, before committing to a longer engagement such as a 3-, 6- or 12-month package.
In the funnel of the method the sprint comes after the free readiness test and training and before the AIM package: Free AI readiness test → AI training → AI Strategy Sprint → AIM package. The whole method is described on AI transformation for companies.
The sprint is strategic work, not implementation: implementation belongs to phase 3 of the method. This way decisions about technology, processes and teams are made on a common basis rather than department by department.
In short: the sprint answers the question “what do we do with AI, and in what order” before the company commits budget to a package or implementation.
How do the three weeks run?
The three weeks are a time-boxed engagement — there is a fixed period from start to finish. The limit forces a choice: what matters most now and what can wait for the next step. The table below shows the focus and the result of each week.
To make good use of the period, it helps to have taken the free readiness test beforehand and to know which processes and teams interest you most. The test gives a personalised report that can serve as a starting point for the conversation.
After the last week comes the decision about a package; the link to the next step is described in the last section of this page.
Practical tip: decide in advance who from the leadership will attend the meetings and who will provide access to information about the processes — that way the three weeks go into the work rather than into arranging meetings and access.
| Week | Focus and activities | Result |

Who is the AI Strategy Sprint for?
The sprint suits a company that wants to start AI transformation but has no common strategy yet — for example because separate teams are trying different AI tools without a shared direction. Criteria for a suitable client: <критерии за подходящ клиент>. Participants on the client side: <кой участва от страна на клиента>.
Company size shapes how the next steps work. A large company works team by team — one package covers a team of up to 20 people, and the company buys as many packages as it has teams. A small company runs a single process for the whole organisation.
If you are not sure you are ready for a sprint, start with the free AI readiness test. And if you would rather train people first, see AI training for companies — training is part of phase 1 of Encorp AIM.
It also suits a company that has already trained its people and is looking for the next step: in the funnel of the method training comes before the sprint, so its results are a natural basis for the strategy.
What does the AI Strategy Sprint not include?
The sprint is not implementation. Building and launching automations is part of phase 3 of Encorp AIM and happens within a package; see AI business process automation.
The sprint does not replace training. Training is a separate service and part of phase 1: AI training for companies. It can come before the sprint, as the funnel of the method shows.
Nor is the sprint a package. Packages run for 3, 6 or 12 months, are sold on results, not on hours, and each one is led by an AI Director. What they include is described on AI Transformation Packages: 3, 6 and 12 Months.
The boundaries are therefore clear: the sprint provides the strategic basis, training develops the people, and packages turn the strategy into working results. The boundary matters for the budget too — the sprint has its own price and packages have theirs.
What comes after the sprint and what does it cost?
After the sprint the company decides whether to continue and with which package: 3, 6 or 12 months. A package is modular — the client picks components, each with its own price — and covers a team of up to 20 people. So the sprint serves as a basis for a decision, not as an obligation to buy.
The price of the AI Strategy Sprint itself is <цена на AI Strategy Sprint>. Package prices are given on request.
The overall picture — three phases, two tracks, packages — is on AI transformation for companies · the Encorp AIM method. If you have a question that is not covered here, write to us through the contact form.
A practical rule: if after the sprint you are unsure which package you need, the number of teams that will work with AI and the number of processes on which a PoC will be tested are the two most useful inputs for the decision.
Frequently asked questions
How long does the AI Strategy Sprint take?
The AI Strategy Sprint takes 3 weeks. It is a paid entry engagement to the Encorp AIM method and comes before the 3-, 6- or 12-month AIM package. The week-by-week schedule is in the table on this page. The sprint is described week by week in the table, and the overall picture of the method is on the AI transformation page.
Is the AI Strategy Sprint free?
No, the sprint is a paid engagement. Only the first step of the path — the readiness test — is free. The sprint price is shown in the key facts table on the page; package prices are given on request and are not published. So the sprint and the packages are priced separately.
Do we need to have completed training before the sprint?
In the funnel of the method, the free test and training come before the sprint. If you are not sure where to start, take the free readiness test and get in touch — training is part of phase 1 and has its own page. This way you can enter the path where you are today.
What comes after the AI Strategy Sprint?
After the sprint the company chooses a 3-, 6- or 12-month package. A package is sold on results, not on hours, covers a team of up to 20 people and is led by an AI Director. Prices are given on request. Details of the packages are on their own page.
Which people from our company need to take part?
Key leaders need to be available during the three weeks, and for large companies it is sensible to think of the sprint team by team, because packages also cover a team of up to 20 people. The specific participants on the client side are given in the section “Who is the AI Strategy Sprint for?”.
How does the sprint differ from an AIM package?
The sprint is short — 3 weeks — and is the entry to the method. A package is longer (3, 6 or 12 months), is sold on results, is modular and covers a team of up to 20 people. Every package is led by an AI Director. The details are on the sprint and package pages.
