How we use AI on this website

Effective from 1 September 2026

Published under Article 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689)

1. Why we publish this

We build and govern AI systems for a living, so we hold ourselves to the rules we advise other companies on. Article 50 of the EU AI Act requires that people be told when the content they are looking at has been generated by AI, and when they are interacting with an AI system rather than a person. Those obligations have applied since 2 August 2026.

This notice tells you exactly where AI is involved in what you see on encorp.ai — and, just as importantly, where it is not. We would rather be specific than post a blanket disclaimer. A notice claiming that everything on a website is AI-generated tells you nothing you can act on.

2. Where AI is used on this site

What you seeHow AI is involvedReviewed by a person
Blog posts in EnglishWritten by our team. We may use AI tools to research, draft or edit, in the way we use a search engine or a spell-checker.Yes. A named author holds editorial responsibility for every post.
Blog posts in BulgarianEither written by our team, or translated from the English original by an AI model when we have not written a Bulgarian version ourselves. For the ones we write, yes. Machine-translated ones carry a notice at the top of the article.
Blog posts in GermanTranslated automatically from the English original by an AI model when the post is published. No, not routinely. Every machine-translated post carries a notice saying so.
Cover images for events, resources and some articlesSome are produced by an AI image model from a prompt written by our team. Others are photographs or designed by hand.Yes. A person selects and approves every image before it is published.
Results from the free tools, assessments and calculatorsGenerated by an AI model from the material you submit, each time you run one.No. The result is indicative and is not checked by anyone before you see it.
The chat assistant in the corner of the pageAn AI system. You are talking to software, not to a member of our team. No, not in real time.
Service descriptions, pricing, case studies and our legal pagesWritten by people.Yes.

3. Machine-translated articles

We write our blog in English and Bulgarian. When we publish a post, an AI model translates it into German, so that German-speaking readers can read the material in their own language instead of waiting for a human translation that might never arrive.

We think that trade-off is worth making, but you should know what you are reading. Every machine-translated article carries a notice at the top and a link to the English original. Where a translation and the English original differ, the English original is the version we stand behind.

If you find a translation error, tell us at hi@encorp.io and we will correct it.

4. What this means for you

AI-generated text and images can be wrong, out of date, or confidently misleading. That applies to the translations, to the tool results and to anything the chat assistant tells you.

  • Nothing on this site is professional advice. Our articles and tool results are informational. They are not legal, financial, tax or employment advice, and you should not act on them without talking to someone qualified.
  • Check anything that matters. If a figure, a legal reference or a deadline affects a decision you are making, verify it against the primary source.
  • Tell us when we get it wrong. Write to hi@encorp.io. We correct errors we can confirm.

5. The AI systems behind this

The content described above is produced using third-party general-purpose AI models, which we reach through our own gateway. In the language of the AI Act we are the deployer of those systems, not their provider: we do not build the underlying models and we do not train them on our visitors.

Material you submit to one of our tools is processed to produce your result and is not stored by us. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy.

6. Human oversight and accountability

Encorp Bulgaria Ltd is responsible for everything published on this site, including the parts a machine produced. Using an AI model does not move that responsibility onto the model or its provider.

A person at Encorp decides what gets published, approves every image, and holds editorial responsibility for our original articles. Where we have not reviewed something before publication — the machine translations and the tool results — we say so plainly rather than implying a review that did not happen.

7. Changes to this notice

We will update this notice when the way we use AI on this site changes. The date at the top tells you when it last changed.
